"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up on time, so no issues there, but the packaging was just okay. The box was a little squished on one side, and when I opened it, there wasn’t much padding inside, which made me kind of wonder if it had been tossed around or...
Thankfully nothing was broken, so that was a relief. I just expected a plant order to be packed a bit more carefully, since leaves and stems can be delicate. Not a bad experience exactly, just not as reassuring as I hoped.

"Pretty good deal, honestly"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but the prices were better than a couple other places I looked at, so I figured why not. My order showed up looking like the photos, and the quality is solid for what I paid. The packaging wasn’t anything fancy, but that doesn’t really bother me. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order from Sage & Sill again.

"Felt like I had to beg for help"
I was excited to order from sageandsill.com, but the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I had one simple question about my order, and getting a response felt like I was begging them to acknowledge me. When they finally did reply, it was rushed and didn’t really help much, which was frustrating after waiting so long. The product itself was fine, but the whole support experience made me feel kind of resentful. I’m not sure I’d order from them again

"Return was fine, refund was just a little slow"
I ended up returning a planter because the color wasn’t quite what I thought it would be from the photos. I’m not saying it was a huge disaster or anything, but it just didn’t work for what I needed. The return page was easy to use, though I did have to email them to get the details fully spelled out.
The refund showed up after about 10 days, which felt a bit slow to me. Maybe that’s normal, I don’t know, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect it a little faster. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not super smooth. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely look at the photos more closely next time.

"Honestly, better than I expected"
My plant showed up healthy and still looks good, which was a nice surprise considering how hit-or-miss ordering plants online can be. Not exactly a luxury experience, but the plant itself seems happy, so I can’t complain.

"My order showed up on time, which..."
My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, but one small item wasn’t what I ordered. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little annoying to deal with. I’m sure other customers would feel the same way, when everything is almost right, that one mistake still takes away from the experience a bit.

"Showed up sooner than I expected"
I ordered from sageandsill.com after my sister mentioned she’d had a good experience with them, it got here faster than I thought it would. The tracking updated like it should, and the box arrived in good shape too. Overall, I was happy with how smooth and quick the whole thing was.

"Pretty easy site to use"
The site was easy to get around. Pages loaded fine for me, and I found what I needed without, like, clicking all over the place. So yeah, no real complaints from me.
